Trifecta Farms QuickBooks Integration

The Trifecta Farms ERP integrates with QuickBooks Online to streamline invoicing, payment tracking, and customer management for our wholesale cannabis operations.

Feature Overview

  • Invoice Sync — Push Apex invoices to QuickBooks Online automatically when orders are finalized.
  • Payment Tracking — Poll QuickBooks Online for payment updates and reflect them in the ERP ledger.
  • Customer Mapping — Match Apex customer accounts to their corresponding QuickBooks Online customer records.
  • Item Mapping — Match Apex products to QuickBooks Online items for accurate line-item invoicing.

This integration is managed through the Trifecta Farms desktop ERP application. Connection, configuration, and sync operations are performed locally within the Admin settings panel.
