Disconnect QuickBooks Online

You can disconnect the QuickBooks Online integration at any time through the Trifecta Farms desktop ERP application.

Steps to Disconnect

  1. Open the Trifecta Farms ERP application.
  2. Navigate to Admin > QuickBooks Integration.
  3. Click "Disconnect".

What Happens When You Disconnect

  • OAuth tokens are revoked and removed from local storage.
  • All invoice and payment syncing stops immediately.
  • Existing data that was previously synced is retained locally in the ERP database.

To reconnect, follow the standard connection process again through Admin > QuickBooks Integration in the desktop application.
